Pacharawan leads FlowForge's analytics and data governance practice. She brings specialized expertise in transforming fragmented, siloed supply chain data into structured, actionable intelligence — a capability that underpins every advisory engagement we lead.
Her APAC experience includes designing logistics visibility platforms, building Power BI dashboard ecosystems for supply chain KPI management, establishing data governance frameworks, and integrating analytics layers across SAP, TMS, and WMS environments. She has led KPI transformation programs that have shifted organisations from reactive reporting to proactive performance management.
